All sales of phone number acquisition services are final. Due to the nature of our services — sourcing, acquiring, and reserving specific phone numbers — refunds are generally not available once an order has been confirmed and the number has been reserved on your behalf.
If you wish to cancel your order before the number account information has been sent to you (typically within 24 hours of payment), please contact us immediately. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may issue a full refund minus any processing fees.
Once the number account information and porting instructions have been delivered to you, the order is considered fulfilled. Cancellation requests at this stage will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a purchased number cannot be ported to your carrier due to a rate center issue or carrier restriction:
We provide full porting assistance at no additional charge. If you experience difficulties during the porting process, please contact us and we will work with you and your carrier to resolve the issue.
In rare cases, a number displayed on our website may become unavailable after your purchase due to carrier inventory changes. In such cases:
Once a number has been successfully ported to your carrier account, the transaction is complete and no refund will be issued. The number is now your property.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been provided, please contact us in writing:
We will review all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the recall of any number(s) associated with the transaction. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.
