By using this Site, Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Customer has read, will abide by, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
GreatNumber.com is a provider of premium phone number acquisition services. We act as a liaison between you and the phone carriers across the United States and Canada. We do not sell phone numbers. We charge a one-time "Search and Acquisition Fee" to help you source, acquire, and transfer your selected number to the carrier of your choice for you to keep for a lifetime. Once a number is successfully transferred to your carrier account, it becomes your property.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You may search our database of available phone numbers. The display of a number on our Site does not guarantee its availability. Numbers are subject to availability and may be removed at any time.
All prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Alipay, and USDT. Full payment is required at the time of order. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
After successful payment, we will provide you with the account information and porting instructions within 24 hours. The actual porting process to your carrier typically takes 3-14 business days. We will assist you throughout the porting process.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GreatNumber.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreatNumber.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any rights of another.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
